dates. Please check the list to see what you would like to
order, then use the email link below to email
your order to the Cheese Coordinator.
Note: You can copy the
form below by left clicking and dragging over the form to highlight it
then right click over the highlighted form then click on copy,
open a new email to the Cheese Coordinator by clicking on the link
below, then
right click in the body of your email message to the Cheese
Coordinator, then click on paste to paste the form into your email,
complete your
order and send your email.

Just simply email in you selection/order with your swimmers name to the
Cheese Coordinator.
