To
make a swim club
work, we need volunteers. Therefore the Club has implemented a levy
system whereby you can volunteer for the club and you can earn your
levy cheques back (the two cheques that were written for January 31
and June 15). If you do not have the time to
volunteer,
your cheques will be cashed and the funds will remain with the club.

Instructions to claim your levy hours
To
claim your levy hours:
Wait for an email (in January and June) requesting
that you fill out and submit a Levy Hours Claim Form. A link to
this form will be available at those times on the Forms page found at Parents -> Forms.
Earning
Levy Hours at Swim Meets:
One
way of earning your hours
is by
volunteering at one of our swim meets. For a list of the positions
available to
work at swim meets, see:
How to Earn Levy Hours at a Swim Meet.
